There are thousands of people that commute everyday long distances just to work and then all the way back home. I’d been for years walking from home to work in Manhattan, but I’ve joined the thousands commuters that ignore each other daily. The idea of waking up early to take the interstate train, spending all day outside the city in a campus with real trees and better air, and coming back home to the city at the end of the day, reminds me of high school.
